Rafael Moya Betances, age 87, of Dorchester, formerly of San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic, passed away on June 24, 2021. A private family service will be held at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home before his transportation to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic for funeral and burial services.
