William A. Bertoni, 66, of Franklin, died unexpectedly Monday June 21st. Born in Milford, MA, he was the son of his late Domenic and Mary (Giallonardo) Bertoni.
William “Bill” worked as the manager of the Franklin Rink and as an employee at the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
Surviving are former wife Eileen (Murphy) Bertoni of Franklin, his sons Michael of Quincy, William and wife Megan of Leominster and Sean of Franklin, four brothers, Domenic, Kenneth, Bruce and Brian. Also surviving are his grandchildren Giuliana, Valentina, and Luca.
William enjoyed meeting new people, helping others, gardening, golf, hockey, darts and listening to music. He was passionate about nature and an avid trout fisherman and of course, the New York Giants. He loved spending time with his Grandchildren. He lived a simple life and was a man of Jesus.
