Dorothy M. Farry, of Dunstable, entered into rest on June 19, 2021 at the age of 90 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s and cancer. Beloved wife of Thomas Farry. Devoted mother of Jay Jewell (Karen) of Dunstable, MA, Doug Henderson (Cathy) of Crossville, TN, Donna Nudd (Garry) of Cleveland, TN, Carol Pigeon (Don) of Newport Richey, FL, Arthur Henderson of Duluth, GA, Patricia Heineck (Duane) of Bluffton, SC, Beverly Judge (Sean) of Maiden, NC, and Grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Originally from Gardiner, ME, Dot enjoyed working as a nurse’s aide, babysitter, and student crossing guard in Tewksbury, where she was a resident for 42 years. She also worked at the Tew-Mac Airport restaurant for a number of years. Dot loved going to her Maine cabin with her family, family gatherings and reunions, and playing with her grand kids. Dot also fostered over 50 children and during retirement was a nanny to several more.
?All are welcome to her visiting hours on Sunday, June 27, from 2-6 p.m. at Tewksbury Funeral Home, 1 Dewey Street, Tewksbury. Her Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 28, at 10am.
