Debra O’Toole from South Boston passed away on June 4, 2021 at the age of 58. Debbie was generous, kind and hilarious. Debbie loved her cats, Las Vegas, shopping, taking road trips and eating in the North End. All you had to do was call Debbie and give her 30 minutes to be ready and off you would go.
A Yankee Swap was a must at any birthday party. Debbie was a gifted artist who had her work featured in a single-artist exhibit at the South Boston Public Library.
Debbie was survived by her parents, Bernice and James Sullivan of Braintree and siblings Donna O’Toole of Redondo Beach, California, Sharon Miller and her husband Mark of Swampscott and Danny O’Toole of South Boston. Debbie was the loving aunt to Ryan and Shannon O’Toole and Jack and Ava Miller. Debbie never missed the kids’ first day of school, birthdays, or theater performances. Debbie would sneak the kids out during a family dinner to take them to the park or for a bike ride so they wouldnt be bored. She was the kids‘ biggest supporter.
Deb was brave, selfless and was blessed with good friends.
Please remember a time that Debbie made you laugh and cherish that memory.
