It is with great sadness that the family of Fernando Lopez announce his passing on June 15th, 2021. Fernando, affectionately known as Freddy will be lovingly remembered and missed by his parents, Elsie Figueroa and Antonio Lopez, stepfather Vidal Santiago, sister Evelyn Lopez, nephew Eric Santiago Rivas and nieces Amaya Lopez Clay, River Rivas, Alexa Rivas and Lily Rivas. This has been a profound loss for all who knew and loved him, but God decided it was time for Freddy to gain his angel wings and join him in heaven. Fernando was born at Lincoln Hospital in Bronx NY on April 9th, 1962. He was always a peaceful man with an ambitious spirit and a larger than life personality. He loved everyone around him wholeheartedly and was equally loved by all who knew him. From his Saturday Night Fever swag to his love for music, fashion, and sports, he was full of surprises and had an interesting life story for every occasion. There was never a dull moment with him. His love, laughter and gentle spirit will be sorely missed. Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home, 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain. Funeral services to be held at theBoston Temple 105 Jersey St. Boston-Fenway Thursday June 24 at 10 am. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
