Marie Nerlande Germain also known and remembered as “Nanan” was a beautiful, religious, kindhearted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and Godmother to many. Nanan was born on January 1st,1968 to Rosette Germain and Sylvio Alexis in Port-Au-Prince Haiti and died on June 8th,2021 at 53 years old in Brigham and Women’s Hospital due to discomfort in the stomach. Nanan was a mother to a 14 year old son Teden Noncent, a sister to 5 plus siblings and an aunt to many more. Nanan was a fighter, a believer, a woman who took care of any and everyone like her own. We lost a young, charming, strong woman but like she always said, “leave it in God’s hands because God knows everything!”
