Donna M. Griffiths

MERRIMACK, NH: Donna M. (Gretsky) Griffiths, age 71, recently of Merrimack, NH, a former longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away at her home on Monday, June 7, 2021.
Born in Chelsea on April 11, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Alexander G. Gretsky and the late Marilyn (Baggs) Gretsky.
Donna was raised in Tewksbury, attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1969.
Prior to her retirement in 2015, she was employed at the Assistant Treasurer at the Tewksbury Hospital, where she worked for 28 years.
Donna enjoyed macramé, gardening, listening to the songs of Jimmy Buffett, and was a fan of the Boston Red Sox.
She is survived by her son, Patrick T. Griffiths and his wife Amy R. Griffiths of Nashua, NH; her grandchildren, Candace M. and Conor T. Griffiths of Nashua, NH; many nieces and nephews, including Katie E. O’Donnell and her husband Ken of Haverhill and Alex A. Gretsky and his wife Emily of Salt Lake City, UT. She leaves many extended family members and friends.
Donna was the sister of the late Alexander A. Gretsky, and former wife of the late Thomas J. Griffiths.
Family and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 15, at 10 a.m. at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury.
