Susan Idora Smith Vaughn Walker, 62, of Tifton passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021, at her residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mrs. Walker at a later date.
Born January 13, 1959 in Berrien County, Mrs. Walker was the daughter of the late Howard Hance Smith and Mary Nell Lee Smith. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Randall Vaughn; her second husband, Tommy Jo Walker, Sr.; one stepson, Joey Walker; three brothers, Terry Smith, Alfred Smith and Wendell Smith; and two sisters, Janice Singleton and Sonja Baker. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Walker is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Aubrey Vaughn of Tifton; two daughters and one son-in-law, Desiree and Danny Gonzales and Chenoa Coker, all of Tifton; one brother, Larry Smith of Tifton; two sisters, Judy Ross and Laura Babbitt, both of Tifton; ten grandchildren, Breanna Gonzales, Laci Gonzales, Kaylee Gonzales, Kyle Vaughn, Evan Vaughn, Jordan Fortson, Brian Price, Aaron Vaughn, Ryan Coker and Zack Coker; and two great-granddaughters, Brylee Arnold and Annalise Frazier.
