STROTHER-LYONS, LINDA of Boston passed away on May 30, 2021.
Linda Strother-Lyons was very involved in the community. She started off at District 11 as a CSO officer. She worked with the seniors and with people that were homeless and helping people get into
permanent housing and jobs. She wrote up grants and references for individuals and different organizations. Linda advocated for people who needed christmas trees and food for the holidays. She gave thanksgiving dinners, organized holiday parties and gatherings for the people in the community. Outside of being a police officer she was one of the two matriachs of the Strother-Lyons family planning family trips, cookouts, and just always being a shoulder to lean on.

Viewing and Service will be held on Saturday June 5, 2021 at Great Love Tabernacle Church, 101 Nightingale Street Boston, MA. Viewing is from 9am to 11am and Service is 11am to 12pm.
