Obituary

Christopher L. Rigano, of Malden passed away suddenly on May 31, 2021. He was 40 years old.

Christopher was a graduate of Northeast Regional Vocational High School. He worked for the Iron Workers Union, Local 7 before opening his own company, Rigano’s Twisted Metal Welding and Fabrication Co.

Christopher was the beloved fiancé of Stephanie Melanson. He was the loving son of Basil and Andrea (Holt) Rigano. Christopher was the cherished father of Joseph and Kayla Rigano. He was the grandson of the late William and Patricia Holt and Basil and Nancy Rigano. Christopher was the dear brother of Basil Rigano III and his wife Michelle, Andrew Rigano, Arianna Rigano and her fiancé Justin Kelley, and Marina Cox and her husband Nicholas. He is also survived by his beloved dog Tinkerbelle, and cat Jax, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Christopher’s life will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden on Saturday June 5th at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Please go directly to church and face coverings must be worn entering the church. Visiting hours will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday from 3-8pm. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
