Cronin (Katapodis), Diane, M., 74 of Somerville, MA, passed peacefully on May 21, 2021, after a long illness.
She was predeceased by her parents Paul and Therese Katapodis. She is survived by her long time companion and love, Robert Gaston of Quincy, MA, and his daughters Kim and Sandra. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth and husband Sean of Somerville, MA, Kathryn and her husband Thomas Lane of Salem, NH, her sons Robert and wife Maura Cronin of Monroe, CT, Andrew Cronin of Braintree, MA, James Cronin of Brookfield, CT, and Stephen Cronin of Boston, MA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren Kyle, Nolan, Brady, Carly, Keira, Luke, Jimmy, Jaxon, Scarlett, Robbie, and Nathan. She is survived by her loving nieces Kristen Mooers, Jody Smith, Cyndi Dube, Angela McCarthy, and Francine Ahern. She is also survived by many loving friends Peggy Hayes, Marie Haney, Lillian Barbetta, Kathy Fitzgerald, Kathy Jones, Rose King, Maryanne Fitzgerald, Jennifer McAllister, Andrea Litvak, and Sissy Cooper.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 10:00am, Saint Catherine's of Genoa, 185 Summer Street, Somerville.
