OUELLETTE Richard E. “Rick” Age 74, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 26, 2021. He was born November 26, 1946, in Bangor, ME., the son of Randolph E. and Elizabeth M. (Smith) Ouellette. He was one of eight children, five preceded him in death to date. He was a devout Catholic and his faith was the foundation of his life. He was a dedicated parishioner of Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town, ME.
He graduated from Old Town High School, and graduated from Husson College with a BA degree in Accounting. He later married his soulmate, Olga (Villamar) and raised two children with her in Milford, ME until her unexpected death in (2010). He worked for more than 30 years at the former James River Mill.
He is survived by two children, Christian and his partner Kristen of Old Town, ME., and Monica Ouellette and her partner Abner of Roslindale, MA; grandchildren Skylar and Molly Ouellette, Keith Stevens, and Olivia Bonilla. two brothers, Frank of Melrose, Mass., and Stephen (Diana) of Lincoln, ME.; sister-in-law Maria Suarez of Boston; and multiple nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Resurrection of the Lord Parish, Old Town, ME on Saturday, June 26, at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parish of the Resurrection, 429 Main. St., Old Town, ME 04468.
