Earl L. “Butch” May Jr., 54, of Norton died unexpectedly on Wednesday March 29, 2006 at The Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA He was the beloved husband of Sandra D. (Lombard) May to whom he was married to on September 25, 1976.

Born in Waterbury, Vermont on December 11, 1951 he was a dear son of the late Earl L. and Melba (Dunster) May Sr.

He was educated in Vermont Schools. He had been employed as an Automotive Technician at Central Dodge in Raynham, MA for over 20 years.

His work ethics and family for the importance of his life. A car enthusiast, he enjoyed attending Antique Car Shows. He had lived in Norton for the past 35 years and had also lived in Sharon and Vermont.

Besides his beloved wife Sandra, he is survived by his devoted Children Jonathan D. May, Cassondra C. May and Joshua D. May all of Norton. He was the dear brother of Leonard May of Athol, MA, Darlene Sera, Earline Miner and Robin Yerly all of Vermont and the late Peggy May and Janice Carty. He was the Son-In-Law of Skip Lombard of Norton and the late Doris (Braley) Lombard. Butch is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Saturday April 1st from 5-8 P.M. at The Norton Memorial Funeral Home 19 Clapp St.(Off Route 140, Taunton Ave.) Norton.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
