Elizabeth M. (Moras) Thompson, 95, formerly of Auburn Village died Wednesday, March 29, in the University Commons.
Her husband, Leroy W. Thompson died in 1979. She leaves six children, William B. Thompson of Northbridge, Harry L. Thompson of Ashville, NC, Richard W. Thompson of Temecula, CA, Thomas M. Thomspon of Auburn, Constance A. Christian of LaHabra, CA and Leroy W. Thomspon Jr. of Sandwich; a sister, Dorothy Bailey of Guilderland, NY; 20 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Donald Moras and Ferdinand Moras both predeceased her. She was born in Plattsburg, NY daughter of Harry and Annie (Hubbard) Moras and has lived in Auburn for 67 years. She was a longtime member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
The funeral service will be held Today, March 30, at Noon in St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 35 School St. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 35 School St., Auburn, 01501. LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester, is directing arrangements.
