Worcester—Anthony F. Yeulenski, Sr., 83, died Tuesday, March 28,2006, in Life Care Center of Auburn and went to rest with the Lord. He leaves his wife Arline (Frick) of 60 years of marriage, two sons, Anthony Yeulenski Jr. and his wife Linda, and Thomas Yeulenski and his wife Kathy; a daughter, Karen Kubilis and her husband John; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was born in Grafton, the son of Alex and Maggie (Zukuti) Yeulenski. He was a World War II Navy Veteran serving in the South Pacific as a torpedo man on a PT boat. He was employed over 40 years at Baystate Abrasives in Westboro. He was an avid golfer and fisherman and a lifetime member of Westboro Country Club. He was actively involved in little league baseball for many years and a past president of the Tris Speaker Little League. He loved the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins. Most of all he will be missed by his children and grandchildren who were most fortunate to have had him for so many years.
A calling period will be held on Friday, March 31, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., followed by a graveside service at 2 p.m. in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
