Philip H. Levine, 67, of Derry, NH, died Thursday, May 20, 2021, in Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. He was born in Boston, MA on March 29, 1954, a son of the late Robert and Barbara Levine and very close Aunt and Uncle Mike and the late Charlotte Zach.
He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Clark-Levine; step-daughter, Stacey Beliveau and husband Matthew; step-son, Brian Edwards and partner Christine O’Neill; two granddaughters, Madison and Alexandra Beliveau; two sisters, Debra Sue Levine-DaDabo and Marjorie Levine as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Philip is predeceased by his brother, Bruce Levine and sister, Michelle Buntting.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry with a service to follow at 6:30pm. For those in attendance, face mask usage and social distancing are recommended.
