Portland- Anthena “Tea” Louise Court, age 41 passed away on May 15, 2021 after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer.
She was born in Detroit, MI in 1980 daughter of Brenda Court and Jeff Tackett Sr.
Shortly after she was born her and her mother migrated to Maine. She was given the nickname Tea at a young age she was such a “cup of tea” to be around! She was a young mother who loved music and laughing! She was so loved and will be dearly missed by her daughters and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. Anthena wanted everyone to live life to the fullest and not take everything so seriously. She lived wildly and loved fiercely.
Anthena is predeceased by her Mother Brenda Court as well as her younger sister Gale McGrath.
Anthena is survived by her four children- Miranda Court, Jamie Weston, and her two youngest daughters. She is survived by her father Jeff Tackett Sr. As well as her three half siblings. She is survived by her partner Fred Roukey and father of her two youngest children and friend of 20 years Mike Daigle. She is survived by many cousins and aunts who loved her dearly.
