Grazia M. Angileri, age 86, of Methuen formerly of Somerville, passed away Monday, March 27th, at the Prescott House of North Andover, following a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Angileri. Born in Marsala, Sicily, Italy she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Anna (Vanella) Atria.
Mrs. Angileri was a Methuen resident for over ten years. Prior to living in Methuen she was a resident of Somerville for many years. She worked in the food services industry for a number of years but was primarily devoted to her family. She enjoyed cooking for and being surrounded by her family, especially her loving grandchildren.
Mrs. Angileri is survived by her children; Joseph Angileri and his wife Mary, of Tewksbury, Vita Abdoo and her husband Phil, of Methuen. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren; Christina Quinlan and her husband Shawn, Anna, Maria, and Anthony Angileri, Edward and Philip Abdoo.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Thursday, at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
