Eileen L. Crook, 72, of Manchester, NH, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2021, in her home. She was born in Lawrence, MA on May 18, 1948, a daughter of James and Jennie (Hannigan) Luby. She is survived by three sons, Scott Michaud and his wife Genevieve of Center Barnstead, NH, Todd Michaud of Plaistow, NH, and Daniel Michaud and his wife Krissy of Windham, NH; daughter, Jennifer MichaudLee and her husband John of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Emma, Lily, Tommy, Aiden, Logan and Collin, and her brother, Jim Luby.
Eileen is predeceased by her husband David Crook and his sons David "Butch Crook" and his wife Linda of Dracut MA, Robert and his wife Debra of Apollo Beach Florida, Douglass and partner Nancy of Fitchburg MA. and Daughter Linda Tanguay and husband Paul of Townsend MA.
Eileen loved her 6 grandchildren and was treasured by her numerous friends. She loved the beach and lighthouses. She could sell you out of your shirt, but would also give you the shirt off of her back. She was kind-hearted and welcoming. She was a genuine and selfless person and always gave everyone a place at her table and a lending hand. She was known for her chop suey and lasagna.
Calling hours were held on Monday, May 17, 2021 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH. For those in attendance, face mask usage and social distancing are recommended.
