Linda L. Inglese, age 70, a lifelong resident of Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
Born in Attleboro, MA on February 28, 1951, she was a loving daughter of the late Albert W., Sr. and Lena M. (Santucci) Inglese.
Linda grew up in town and was a graduate of Mansfield High School. Prior to retiring, she had worked for twenty years as an assembler at the Foxboro Company and was formerly employed at Sweet Manufacturing in Mansfield.
A communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Mansfield, Linda was part of a very close-knit loving family and she especially loved being a big part of her nieces and nephews’ lives. She was an avid New England sports fan, her favorite team being the Boston Bruins. Her favorite hobbies were playing Bingo, trips to Foxwoods Casino and knitting and she will always be remembered for her strong and loyal work ethics.
She was the dear sister of Albert W. Inglese, Jr. and his wife Claudia of North Attleboro, Bette A. Harpin and her husband Jerry of Attleboro, Christine H. Inglese of Mansfield, Sophie A. Inglese of Mansfield and Dianne Oldmixon and her husband Bruce of Mansfield. She was the loving aunt of Peter Inglese, Michael Inglese, Dannine (Harpin) Amaral, Tracy (Harpin) Carifa, Kent Oldmixon, Matthew Oldmixon and is also survived by her cherished 13 grand nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend her graveside funeral service on Thursday, May 13th at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
Visiting hours are omitted and in lieu of flowers, donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St NE Suite 600, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-2904.
