CAPONE, Gilbert E. Of Walpole formerly of Dedham, May 8, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Janet A. (Hines) Capone. Devoted father of David E. Capone and his fiancé Allyson Hook of Walpole. Son of the late Edward and Viola (D’Arezzo) Capone.
Gilbert graduated from Dedham High School, class of 1960 and received his master’s from Boston University. He was a school teacher in Dedham at the Ames School and Riverdale School.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Friday, May 14 from 4-7pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday, May 15 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
