SWANSEA – Patricia M. Manning, age 79 of Swansea, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, Providence, RI with her loving family by her side. Born in Fall River, Patricia was the beloved wife Charles A. Manning and the daughter of the late Robert & Sally (Cordeiro) Stinton.
Prior to retiring, Patricia worked as a Shipper & Receiver for BA Balou Jewelry Mfg. Co. in E. Providence, RI.
In addition to her husband, survivors include her daughter: Pamela Cheney (long time companion Douglas Cadieux) of Swansea, and her son: David Archer (wife Lorie) of Taunton; 4 grandchildren: Crystal Carreiro, Jessica Pires, Joshua Cheney, & Jillian Archer; 6 great-grandsons: Austin & Gabriel Tarantelli, Dylan & Eric Pires, Colin & Matthew Carreiro; nieces & nephews. Patricia was also the sister of the late Robert Stinton and the grandmother of the late Emily Archer.
Patricia’s funeral service will take place in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Thursday, May 13, 20210 at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow in Vinnicum Woods Cemetery, Swansea. To send the family expressions of sympathy, please to www.rogersfuneral.com.
