Fall River – Edmund A. Morin, 82, of Westport died March 26, 2006 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Virginia K. (Drobyski) Morin.
Mr. Morin was born in Turners Falls, MA, son of the late Henry and Exelena (Prunier) Morin, and resided in Westport since 1950. He was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WW II. He was employed as a machinist at various area companies until his retirement.
In addition to his widow, he is survived by a son: Edmund A. Morin, Jr. of Fall River; a sister: Mary Maurer of Westport; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
He was brother of the late Raymond Morin, Albert Morin, Leo Hoctor, Lavra Vermette, Louise Kervian and Anne Schlice.
Funeral services were private.
