SWANSEA – Eleanor M. Cook, age 73, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2021. She was the beloved wife of 53 years to Robert A. Cook. Born in Somerset, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Silvia) Roderick. Eleanor was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy High School and of Diman School of Nursing of Fall River. She worked as an LPN for Truesdale Hospital. She was also a monthly donor for St. Jude’s Hospital.
Along with her husband she is survived by her children Mary-Ellen O’Brian of Fall River, Nicole Smith of Fall River, Robert Cook of Swansea and Rebecca Kim and her husband Jeff of Maryland; as well as 7 grandchildren.
