J.B. Warren, 76, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Thursday, April 29, 2021, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 AM, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Irwinville Cemetery, in Irwin County, Georgia, with the Rev. Josh Bowles officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 Saturday morning at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mr. Warren was born November 9, 1944, in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late Lawson & Irma Irene Lockerman Warren. He lived in the community all of his life and was a machine operator. He worked for Modern Fibers in Fitzgerald as well as for the carpet mills in North Georgia.
He is survived by his siblings: Johnnie Warren Phillips of Irwinville, Jackie Warren of Cordele, Myrtle Warren Rowell of Irwinville, Larry Warren of Irwinville and Patricia Warren Eason & Gerald of Ocilla. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Herbert Warren and Terry Warren.
