Margaret Ann "Maggie" (Huber) Chapman, 76, went to be with the Lord and reunited with her husband, George April 25, 2021.
Maggie was born November 13, 1944 in Ellis, Kansas, the daughter of Frank and Edna (Homm) Huber.
She worked for Anderson Community School food service in many capacities and many schools before moving to the Central office as staff assistant in 1987.
Maggie was a long time member of the School Nutrition Association National, state and local chapters. She held various offices at the local level including Treasurer, past president and lifetime member of Indiana Firefighters Auxiliary and was past president of Anderson Fire Department Auxiliary.
Maggie is survived by her son, Micah (Heather) Chapman of Anderson; five grandchildren, Lindley, Lee, Matt, Lilly and Peyton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Chapman and her brother, Jerry Huber.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ned Clark officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday from noon until the 2 p.m. service at the funeral home.
