ESTRELLA – Luis, age 51, of Jamaica Plain. Entered into rest Thursday, April 22, 2021, suddenly.
Beloved son of the late Isabelo Estrella and Delia (Fermaint). Loving father of Jonathan Luis Estrella. Caring brother of Raul Estrella, Alberto Estrella, Orlando Estrella, Richard Estrella, Lourdes Estrella, Maria Estrella, Marta Villanueva and his twin sister Lissette Estrella. Cherished uncle of Lourdes Santiago, Delia Figueroa and Jasmine DeJesus. Luis is also survived by many more dear nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Walking, reading, and landscaping were just some of Luis’ enjoyments, but what was near and dear to his heart was being able to help others in everyday life when needed.
In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the City of Boston, Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 97 South St., Jamaica Plain on Tuesday, May 4th at 10:00 AM. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours will be held in the Joseph Russo & Bros. Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Hwy., Roslindale, on Monday, May 3rd from 6-9 PM.

• All visitors (including the family) have a restriction of (60) sixty guests allowed in the funeral home at one time.
• All visitors must always wear a MASK in the funeral home and on the funeral home property.
• All visitors will follow SAFE DISTANCING (recommendation of (6) six feet)
• All visitors may pause at the Casket/Urn and then EXIT the funeral home.
• All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
• All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
