Obituary

Worcester – Frank Maldonado, 41, of Worcester died on Sunday, April 18, 2021 surrounded by family who love loved him very much.

Frank was born in Worcester, son of the late Ecedro and Flora Laura (Vasquez) Figaro. He graduated for Worcester Vocational High School and later attended and graduated from the Porter Chester Institute where he received his education to work in the heating industry. Frank has worked for many years as a certified oil burner technician.

He is survived by his two children, Frank Maldonado Jr. of Worcester and Azlen Maldonado of Worcester; three brothers, Jorge Maldonado and Andy Maldonado and Jeremy O’Connell, three sisters, Doreen Maldonado, Deborah Maldonado and Daisy O’Connell all of Worcester, an uncle Adam Vasquez and an aunt Betty Vázquez both of Chicopee and many nephews, nieces and cousins.

If you had the pleasure of knowing Frank then you knew he had an “Electric Personality” and a huge love for life! It didn’t matter if you were a stranger, family or a friend you were getting one of the biggest bone crushing bear hugs from him. Frank loved everyone he came across and his smile would light up every room he walked into.

Frank lived by “Loyalty” something he had tattooed down the middle of his back, if you knew him, you knew this to be true.

Frank loved to be with his friends and family, he was always happy to see them and his family could never get enough of his “Larger than Life” personality. Frank was a talented craftsman and could build anything with his hands. He enjoyed traveling and fishing but most of all Frank always enjoyed a good barbecue.

Our big Hulk teddy bear is no longer here with us, but, will definitely be “Rocking” the heavens and will be looking down upon us with the biggest smile and so much happiness.
