CHICOPEE - Lisa Marie (Croteau) Kervian, 52, of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Thursday, April 15, 2021. She passed into Eternal Life at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Springfield on May 25, 1968, a beloved daughter of Lawrence L. "Larry" Croteau of East Brookfield and the late Linda M. (Record) Croteau who was Called Home on June 8, 2015. She was raised and educated in Springfield and had moved to Fairview in 2001. She furthered her education and received a Home Health Care Certificate from Porter and Chester Institute in Chicopee. She was employed as a Home Health Aide for many years. During her leisure time, she enjoyed traveling and visiting Cape Cod and Lake Lashaway in East Brookfield. An avid Boston Bruins fanatic, she loved cheering on her beloved Bruins and proudly showing off their black and gold colors. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and her cherished granddaughter. In addition to her father, she leaves her loving lifelong partner, Mark R. Gherardi of Chicopee; her beloved son, Edward J. Kervian, Jr. and his partner, Esteban, of South Hadley; her two beloved step children, Samantha Gherardi and her companion, Gio Pabon, of Springfield and Michael Gherardi and his companion, Tara Tellier, of Springfield; her cherished granddaughter, Kaylee Marie Gherardi; her dear brother, Jeff Croteau and his wife, Nicole, of Springfield; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her dear sister, Melissa "Missy" Croteau who was Called Home on June 21, 1986. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. which will be followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107, (funeral home will open at 4 p.m.).
