Anthony Michael Chan, 34, of Worcester died Monday, April 12th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus. He leaves his wife of 10 years, Li Hua Chen; his children, Ava and Austin Chan; his parents, Yuen and Ling (Wang) Chan of Worcester; his grandfather, Kui Lit Chan; his brother, Andy Chan and his fiancé, Vietmy Nguyen of Millbury; a sister, Anna Chan and her boyfriend, Peter Tran of Worcester and their son, Andrew Tran.
He was born in China and graduated from North High School. Tony worked for McKesson for the past 6 years and at Target for the past 16 years. He enjoyed playing cards and was an avid sports fan who liked the Patriots and loved the Lakers and Kobe Bryant. Anthony treasured being a dad to Ava and Austin and enjoyed going to Chuck E Cheese, the zoo and the park with them.
Calling hours are Monday, April 19th from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Funeral services and burial will be private.
