Robert Paul “Robbie” Moore, 41, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Friday, April 16, 2021, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Joe Thompson will officiate. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Robbie was born July 17, 1979, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to Susan Anglon and the late J.R. “Snag” Moore, Sr. He was a 1998 graduate of Fitzgerald High School and attended ABAC, studying Criminal Justice. He worked as a supervisor for Modern Dispersions South, Inc and was a dedicated employee for 15 years. He enjoyed visiting the springs and searching for arrowheads as well as researching on his tablet and shopping on Amazon. He will be greatly missed by his dogs: Trixie, Gabby D, Toby and Bo.
He is survived by his wife, Summer Cromer of Fitzgerald; their son, due in August, Maddox Reed “Roscoe” Moore; his mother, Susan Anglon of Fitzgerald; two brothers: Jimmy Randall Moore, Jr. & Beth and Nicky McDonald, all of Fitzgerald; parents-in-law: Melissa & Hank Folsom of Tift County and Sidney & Leslie Cromer of Chula; sisters-in-law: Brittney & Darren Harrison of Lakeland, Florida and Lacey & Blake Jones of Chula; brother-in-law, Justin Roberson of Chula; nieces and nephews: Drew Moore, Chloe Moore, Natalee Moore, Colton Jones, Perry Jones, and Rylee Roberson; his beloved Nanny, Linda Whittington of Sycamore; aunts and uncles: Donna Faircloth of Fitzgerald, Larry Moore of Cobb, and Chris Moore of Fitzgerald; many cousins including Amanda Faircloth, Chuck Faircloth, Lauren Smith, Seth Faircloth, Dillon Faircloth, Gabe Faircloth, and all the Moore cousins; as well as his MDI family. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Paul & Bobbie Anglon and Cecil & Joyce Moore; two uncles: Ted Faircloth and Stevie Moore; and an aunt, Angela Moore Reynolds.
