Ann M. Morelli
Former longtime Tewksbury resident


LONDONDERRY, NH; Ann M. (Donlon) Morelli, age 87, a resident of Londonderry, NH for the past 8 years, passed away at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

She was the beloved wife of 66 years to Alfred Morelli, who passed away on September 26, 2019.

Born in Boston on March 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John Donlon and the late Marie E. (Stevenson) (Donlon) Qualey.

Ann was raised in Winchester and attended Winchester schools.

She resided for many years in Tewksbury until moving to Londonderry, NH in 2013.

Ann was a member of the Londonderry United Methodist Church and a former member of the Tewksbury United Methodist Church.

Prior to her retirement in 1998, she was employed as an Office Administrator by Middlesex Gases & Technologies, Inc. (formerly known as Middlesex Welding Supply).

Ann enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing games of chance, listening to gospel music, the fellowship of her church family, and lunches with her sisters and sisters-in-law. In addition, Ann loved to cook and according to her children, “She was the best Italian cook that an Irish person can be”.

She will lovingly be remembered for her generosity, selflessness, and willingness to help others.

Ann was the mother of Jill A. Jablonski and her husband Brian, Lisa M. Morelli, Peter P. Morelli and his wife Lisa, Robynn J. Faranda and her husband William, and the late Kim A. Morelli. She leaves her five grandchildren, Ashley Jacobson and her husband Andrew, Matthew Jablonski and his husband Jameson, Anthony Morelli and his wife Sarah, Eric Jablonski and his significant other Nikko Tremblay, and Billy Faranda. She was the Great Grandmother of Owen Jacobson. Sister of Susan Gardner and her the late husband Herbert, Linda Qualey, and Richard Qualey and his wife Roberta.

Due to gathering limitations, private services will be held. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery. Donations honoring her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, www.brighamandwomens.org.
