CHARLES - Louisiane (Jabath), of Dorchester formerly of Port-a-Prince, Haiti. Entered into rest Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
Louisiane is survived by her daughters Claudette Geffrard; son-in-law Joly, Myrline Joseph; son-in-law Aaron and Betty Boyle Duke; son-in-law Mark. Her other children, who preceded her in glory, were Samuel, Hermione and Edwina. She is also survived by her sister, Antoinette Magella Orcel of Long Island, NY. as a beloved grandmother she leaves behind a legacy of ten grandsons (Kion, Dwyonne, Max, Larry, Steven, Tyrell, Marquise, Christopher, Xavier and Rafael), two granddaughters (Mallikah and Makenna), three great grandchildren (Jeniyah, Trey (Max III) and Colby) and countless cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Monday, April 12, at 11:00 AM in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Hwy, Roslindale, MA. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale, MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, April 12 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Catholic Charities of Boston. Please designate specifically to Refugee and Immigration Services fund, a cause that was near and dear to the late Louisiane Charles in her memory.

• Due to the Current Covid-19 restrictions; only 50 guests are allowed in the funeral home at a time.
• All visitors must wear a MASK in the funeral home and on the funeral home property.
• All visitors will then follow SAFE DISTANCING
• All visitors may pause at Casket/Urn and then EXIT the Funeral Home.
• All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
• All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
