Bruce W. Slichko, 72, of Londonderry, NH, died Wednesday April 7, 2021 in Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was born in Troy, NY on January 12, 1949, a son of the late Alex and Lorraine (Gregware) Slichko. He had been a resident of Londonderry for many years. Bruce was a graduate of Watervliet High School where he grew up. He continued his education at Hudson Valley Community College in NY with his Associates degree in marketing / sales. He was employed in the publishing field for many years, including the Times Record in Troy, NY, and more recently as the District Sales Manager for the Eagle Tribune Publishing Co. for the past 34 years. Bruce also ventured into installation of custom window treatments in homes and businesses. He was an avid coin collector, loved sports especially when Brady and Gronkowski were playing, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and he loved to spend time with his family.
He is survived by his son, Eric Slichko of Londonderry; two daughters, Stacy Slichko Aresco of Londonderry, and Jeanne Hayman of Port Saint Lucie, FL; two granddaughters, Faith Aresco, and Isabella Hayman; two sisters, Karen Campbell of Watervliet, NY, and Julie Hughes of Schuylerville, NY; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Dawn (DePasquale) Slichko in 2015, and his brother, Raymond Slichko in 2012.
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 13th from 4 - 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks, minimize contact and maintain social distancing.
