Rose A. Cavallo, age 95, a lifelong resident of Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Newbridge on the Charles in Dedham.
Born in Mansfield, MA on May 28, 1925, she was a loving and devoted daughter of the late Dominick and Rocckina (Ducatelli) Cavallo.
Rose grew up in town and was a 1943 graduate of Mansfield High School. Prior to retiring, she had worked for many years as a Clerical Worker at the Foxboro Co.
A communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Mansfield, Rose enjoyed spending time with her family and was an avid Red Sox fan, a passion she shared with her late brother Ben.
She was the dear sister of the late B. Benjamin Cavallo, who is survived by his wife Jeanne Cavallo of Westwood. She was the loving aunt of Benjamin F. Cavallo and his wife Angela and their children Sam and Ellie of Dedham.
Her Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Friday, April 9th at 10:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt St. (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
