Obituary

WORCESTER__ Halina M. (Chrzanowski) Campaniello, 74, died on Saturday, March 27, 2021 in her home.
She was born in Germany to the late Edward and Alice (Fedolak) Chrzanowski. Although born in Germany, she immigrated to the United States and become a United States Citizen. Halina loved being Polish and took pride in her Polish heritage.

Despite being born into a world of physical disabilities, it never stopped the determination Halina possessed to overcome obstacles. She graduated with high honors from Worcester State University. She was a translator of many languages, including Polish, German, Russian, French, Ukrainian and English. She was always giving back to her Polish-American community, assisting many Polish families as they immigrated to the United States.

Halina also was an owner operator of a long-haul trucking company at a time when many women did not. Halina was a woman of high caliber- always well dressed and just a classy woman.

She is survived by her brother, Edward Chrzanowski; grandson Mark Campaniello; and special friend Judy Knight. She is predeceased by her brother Jesse Sun and her daughter Dawn Campaniello.

Services will be held privately. Arrangements are under the care of DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester.
