New Bedford – Vitor Evangelista, age 67, of Fairhaven, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Teresa A. (Almeida) Evangelista.
Vitor was born in Faial, Azores to Joao Evangelista and Maria Do Carmo (Lopes) Evangelista. He had worked in maintenance for the New Bedford School Department.
Vitor is survived by his parents, Joao and Maria Evangelista; his wife, Teresa Evangelista; his children, Paulo, Michelle, Geny, Michael and Kristofort Evangelista; grandchildren, Tage Rodrigues and Kyleigh Perreira and brother, John Evangelista.
Vitor’s funeral arrangements are private.
