Carmen Lydia Fuentes, age 79, of Hyde Park, formerly of Santurce, Puerto Rico, passed away on March 29, 2021. Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home, 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Monday 5 from 5-7 pm. All attendees are to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
