GILFORD ----Pauline Wright-Polzin, age 79, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021, at her son's home in Gilford, NH.
Pauline was born on April 18, 1941, in New Sweden, ME. She was a member of Gustaf Adolph Lutheran Church (New Sweden, ME) and the Zephyr Christian Church (Zephyrhills, FL). She also was a member of the Zephyrhills Elks and Moose Lodge.
Pauline graduated from Caribou High School in 1961, and worked in civil service for most of her career. After Loring Air Force Base closed, Pauline moved to Michigan to be closer to her kids and subsequently retired in Zephyrhills, FL, while spending summers in the Northeast.
Pauline went to be with the Lord after a long battle with cancer. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved meeting new people. We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held in New Sweden this summer.
Survivors include her daughter, Monica L. (Wright) Curtis and spouse, Jim, of Ocean Springs, MS; son, Scott P. Wright and spouse, Tammy, of Gilford, NH; son, Sandis H. Wright and spouse, Brent, of Andover, MA; partner, Robert Rebarkoff of Zephyrhills; brother, Ivan Westman and spouse, Bev, of Westbrook, ME; 5 grandchildren and a niece and nephew. She was predeceased by her parents, Phillip Stone and Anna (Dumond) Westman; Harry P. Wright Jr. (first husband); Joe Polzin (late husband); and sister, Georgia Westman.
Donations can be made in her name to the American Cancer Society or to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Footprints in the Sand
