Patricia A. Conard (Potter), age 84, of Canton passed away March 22nd surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s house in Stoughton. Born and raised in Jamaica Plain, she graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. She was a devoted wife and mother and has lived in Canton since 1960. Patricia worked at M.I.T. as a secretary, as well as a secretary for the Braintree Education Association and the Norfolk County Teachers Association. Over the last 15 years Patricia spent countless hours volunteering at the Stoughton Council on Aging. She also enjoyed spending time socializing with the many friends she made at the Stoughton and Canton Senior Centers.
Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Cunningham) Potter. Mother of Kathleen M. Riley of Franklin, Robert F. Conard, Jr. and his wife Karen of Portsmouth, NH, William T. Conard and his wife Noke of Canton, Michael L. Conard and his wife Jane of Canton, Christopher H. Conard and his wife Heidi of Salem, NH, and Mary C. Gagnon and her husband Kevin of Stoughton. Sister of Mary Brien of Stoughton and the late Dorothy West. Grandmother of Mara Riley, Madison, Samantha, and Alex Baptiste; Kataleya, Kanitta, and Sarah Conard; Rylee, Gabrielle, and Michael Conard, Bailey and Abigail Conard; and Tyler, Kyle, and Donald Gagnon. Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, Canton Friday morning at 11:30. Visiting hours omitted. Burial Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
