Obituary

Rosemary (Colameta) Tiller, age 79, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

Rosemary was born on February 27, 1942 in Everett, Massachusetts to John and Mary (Guanci) Colameta.

She graduated from Everett High School, and upon graduation, she worked at Market Forge Company and later worked at Intertek USA.

Rosemary resided in Tewksbury, Massachusetts from 1969 to 2003, later residing in Hudson, New Hampshire for many years, and then relocating back to Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where she resided at Heatherwood Retirement Community.

Rosemary was married to Samuel (Sam) Tiller from 1992 until his passing in 2019. Rosemary is survived by her sister, Donna McMillan, of North Reading; her cousin, Terry (David) Wilcox of Everett, Massachusetts; and her children, Richard (Michelle) Barrasso of Boca Raton, Florida; Rhonda Barrasso Boudreau (Michael Chiasson) of Hudson, New Hampshire, and Robert (Nicole) Barrasso of Tewksbury, Massachusetts. She was a loving grandmother to Alexandra Barrasso and Daniel Barrasso of Lowell, Massachusetts, Matthew (Matt) Boudreau Nicholas (Nick) Boudreau, and Rose Boudreau of Hudson, New Hampshire, and Benjamin Barrasso and Sophia Barrasso of Tewksbury, Massachusetts. She is also survived by her nephews, Thomas (Michelle) McMillan of Middleton, Massachusetts, and David (Patricia) Wilcox of Everett, Massachusetts, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her nephews, Sean McMillan and Michael Wilcox.

Rosemary and Sam had a wonderful life together, enjoying many birthdays, holidays and family gatherings, as well as shopping and traveling. During her lifetime, she was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed baking and cooking, and was an avid cheerleader for all of her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Visitation will be at Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, in Tewksbury, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by her Funeral Mass at St. Williams Catholic Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury, Massachusetts at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Covid-19 guidelines of Masks, social distancing, and gathering limitations are necessary at all venues.
