Debra Lynn Harper Smith, 60, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at her residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Ms. Smith at a later date.
Born May 17, 1960 in China Lake, California, Ms. Smith was the daughter of the late Jerry Harper and Josie Taft Harper. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Day; and one sister, Tonya Crumley. She loved spending time with her family; she loved animals; and she loved working with flowers.
Ms. Smith is survived by two daughters, Tasha Smith of Omega and Brandi Smith of Ashburn; two daughters-in-law, Cindy Farmer and Christy Pilkinton; two sisters, Peggy McDaniel of Valdosta and Kimberly Mount of Panama City, Florida; and three grandchildren, Alexis Conger, Kelee Smith and Isabella Conger.
