Glendale Martin, 68, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Monday, March 15, 2021, at his residence.
Private services wills be held at a later date.
Mr. Martin was born October 6, 1952, in Alabama, to the late Joseph Kelly Martin and the late Eller Lucrell Rogers Martin. He worked for Public Works with the City of Fitzgerald. Mr. Martin loved to fish, dance at the Po Boy Opry and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Mary Ann Martin of Fitzgerald; two sons: Terry Martin and Daniel & Lacey Martin, all of Fitzgerald; a grandchild, Devin Martin and a brother, Billy Joe & Sandra Martin of Fitzgerald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randall Adam Martin; a brother, Frank Martin; and two sisters, Shirley Kay Harrell and Lillie Cordelia Reed.
