“Micki” Michelle M. (Vincent) Andrews, age 68 of Brockton, died Thursday, March 11, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Micki was the wife of James A. Andrews, III for over 37 years. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Florence (Fennell) Kilkus.
Micki was a 1970 graduate of Brockton High School and worked at Holmes McDuffy Florist for over 25 years. Though she was a free spirit, she could be stubborn as evidenced by her determination to beat cancer. She fought lung and brain cancer for over eight years.
She loved and was proud of her children and grandchildren and their accomplishments. She was a big Willie Nelson fan and attended many of his concerts over the years. She also enjoyed time spent at the beach, camping in Maine and watching the Boston Red Sox.
Micki was the mother of James A. Pauliks and his wife Michelle of Virginia Beach, Matthew T. Pauliks and his wife Heather of Lakeville, James A. Andrews, IV of Brockton, Collette M. Andrews of Brockton and Kendra Cayford of Brockton; grandmother of Brandon, Zachary, Matthew, Zoe, Trevor, James, August, Mikayla, Jenavieve and Edyxander and great-grandmother of Nayell. She was the sister of the late Leo and Bruce Vincent.
Visitation will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Wednesday, March 17 from 2-5pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 5pm. Following COVID guidelines, masks must be worn and social distancing observed. There is a maximum of 50 people in the funeral home at any one time.
