Faye will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 13, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed during the visitation and the funeral service.

Faye was born December 21, 1956 in Charleston, Missouri and was the daughter of the late Martin and Hattie Hedge Morrow and James “Jim” Morrow. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bud, Alvin, Donald, Curtis, Tommy Hedge; her sisters, Rita Comstock, Betty Norman, Barbara Comans, Bonnie Pinter and Mary Kinder. Before becoming disabled she worked as a seamstress and a waitress.

Faye loved flowers and crocheting. She shared her love for flowers and crocheting with her granddaughter, Brooklynn. Mama could take a dead stick and make it grow! She shared the love of being outside with her grandson, Brett. When Mama was able, she could always find something to do outside. Two of her favorite places to be was at the beach and in the mountains. Mama could spend a good bit of time at the thrift stores and Walmart. But her most favorite place to be was being with family and friends. She was proud of her family and she tried so hard to encourage them to do the right thing. She wasn’t a current member of any local church but she was a Baptist. Most importantly, she loved the Lord.

Faye is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Meachell Adams of Nashville and Paula and Tommy Sullivan of Tifton; a stepson, Shane Coleman of Texas; six grandchildren and their spouses, Chelsey and Josh Weeks of Valdosta, Alexandria and Michael Spires of Nashville, Terrace Adams of Nashville, Hunter and Ariana Coleman of Texas, Brett Sullivan and Brooklynn Sullivan, both of Tifton; five great-grandchildren, Vincent and Maddie Weeks of Valdosta, Aden and Carley Spires of Nashville and Kiley Coleman of Texas. She is also survived by one sister, Opal Comans of Pearl, Mississippi, one brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Glenda Morrow of Millcreek Illinois and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She has a few people that she held close to her heart and loved them as if they were her family, including her dog and cat.
