Delores A. (Bernard) Stewart, age 88, of Norton, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
Born in Attleboro, MA on April 15, 1932, she was a loving daughter of the late Leo and Angelina (Santos) Bernard.
Delores lived in Norton for most of her life, where she grew up and was educated in Norton schools. Prior to retiring, she was employed as an Inventory and Analysis worker at the former Motorola Corporation in Mansfield and also worked at the former Texas Instruments in Attleboro.
Mrs. Stewart’s family was truly the focal point of her life. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her hobbies included traveling and she was a communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Norton.
She is survived by her devoted children: Linda Titus of Norton, Sheila Jean Andrew and her husband James of North Attleboro, Gene Stewart and his wife Kim of Norton, Lisa Stewart-Love and her husband Rodney of New Hampshire and the late William Godfrey. She was the dear sister of the late Eugene Bernard and Ronald Bernard, and is also survived by her cherished 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Services, along with private burial at Saint Stephen’s Cemetery in Attleboro, will be at a later date and visiting hours are omitted.
