Obituary

Judith M. Currier-Fuller, 80, of Worcester died Tuesday, March 9th at home surrounded by her loving family. Her husband of 53 years, Charles “Buddy” Fuller, Jr. died in 2010. She leaves her son, Charles Fuller, III and his fiancé, Jackie Boucher of Worcester; three daughters, Gina Villatico and her husband, Arnold of Webster, Shelly Hokanson and her husband, Scott of Worcester and Lisa Drosidis and her husband, George of Holden; a brother, Billy Currier of Nevada and a sister, Linda Curnin of Millbury. She also leaves her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Jason Villatico and his fiancé, Lynn and her future great grandchildren, Ava and Enzo who are due in August; Joseph Villatico and his fiancé, Melissa and great grandchild, Julian; Taralee and Ashlee Fuller, Jenna Lee Hokanson, and Kosta and Eleni Drosidis; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog “COCO”. She was predeceased by her siblings, Dana Ashford, Larry Currier and Susan Ritala.
She was born in Gardner the daughter of Arnold and Norma (Gray) Currier and graduated from the former High School of Commerce. Judy retired in 2002 from the City of Worcester where she worked for over 25 years in the Treasury Department and the Mail Room. After retiring, she worked part-time for Tax Data for 15 years. She loved spending time with her family, “The Breakfast Club”. The pumpkin patch and Superbowl parties with the grandkids were some of her favorite pastimes. Judy never missed a sporting event for the kids.
The family would like to thank Dr. Rooney and the nurses in the Oncology department at St. Vincent Cancer and Wellness Center as well as the nurses with the VNA Hospice and Palliative Care for the compassion and care they gave Judy.
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Judy’s name to St. Vincent Cancer and Wellness Center, 1 Eaton Place, Worcester, MA 01608.
