Gail A. Bartoshevich, 79, of Londonderry, NH died Tuesday March 9, 2021 at the High Pointe Hospice in Haverhill, MA. Gail was born in Hartford, CT on August 4, 1941 a daughter of the late Fred and Rose (Sikernitsky) Cleaves, Jr.
Gail was a competitor (understatement), modest and hated losing...(again understatement). She had so many bowling trophies hidden away and was an avid golfer. Not many people ever beat Gail in shuffleboard. She became a NH state champion and qualified for the national championship. She later went on to conquer breast cancer.
Gail was always inquiring about how the family was doing and wanted to get all the details of what her grandchildren were up to. She made sure her family was provided for. Her other favorite past times included watching the Patriots, Red Sox, family sporting events, playing cards, listening to the oldies, reading, needlepoint and was a huge fan of game shows.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul Bartoshevich of Londonderry, two sons, Michael Bartoshevich and his wife Jennifer of Nashua, NH, and Craig Bartoshevich and Lori of Terryville, CT, and four grandchildren, Alex, Elizabeth, Emily and Nathan. She was predeceased by her sisters, Elaine Giuliano, and Verna Skomro.
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Monday March 15, 2021 from 6 – 8 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks, minimize contact and maintain social distancing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susan G.
