Jason L. Milligan, 42, a resident of Bellingham for most of his life, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Melissa J. (Moorehouse) Milligan since 2008 and loving father of Makayla, Jacob, Madison and Jeremy Milligan, all of Bellingham.
He is also survived by his parents, William L. Milligan of Wilmington, North Carolina and Cheryl T. Patalano of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, his sister Courtney Milligan of Woonsocket and his uncle Curt Patalano of Franklin.
He was the grandson of the late Peter and Tina Patalano.
Born in Boston on May 30, 1978, Jason grew up in Bellingham and graduated from Bellingham High School in 1998.
He worked at Citizens Bank in business banking for ten years and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Market Manager.
Jason loved volunteering as a coach for both the Bellingham youth football and baseball teams.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass on Tuesday, March 16 at St. Mary’s Church in Franklin at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery. A livestream of the Mass is viewable at stmarysfranklin.org
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 15 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main Street (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com).
