New Bedford – Mary E. Medeiros died Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at St. Lukes Hospital at the age of 94 years . She was the widow of Manuel Medeiros and Casmiro P. Rocha Jr. Survivors include 2 Sons Walter R. Rocha and his wife Patricia of Fairhaven and Richard F. Rocha and his wife Lillian of Claremont, Florida. She is also suirvived by 4 Grandchildren 2 Great Grand and several Nieces and Nephews. She was the sister of the late Lydia Lawrence and Hilda Andrade.
Mrs. Medeiros was born in New Bedford, Mass. And Lived in this area since all her life. She was the Daughter of the late Mary (Moniz) and Joseph Rego.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday March 24 , 2006 at 9:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Church South Dartmouth, MA. Visiting hours will be Thursday March 23, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery .
